Building a Secure, Scalable Cloud Marketing Platform for a Leading Public Media Organization
Solvenna helped a leading public media organization modernize its marketing data and infrastructure by deploying Redpoint into a new Azure tenant by creating a secure, cloud-based foundation that powers high volume, personalized donor engagement and campaign agility.

THE CHALLENGE
Our client’s legacy marketing systems were constrained by aging infrastructure and fragmented data. Reliance on an outdated on-premises environment made it difficult to maintain performance, ensure security compliance, and support modern donor engagement strategies. Marketing operations required frequent manual intervention, slowing campaign execution and reducing confidence in the data being used to drive fundraising efforts. Moreover, one of their primary source systems was being deprecated and migrated, creating an opportune time to modernize their MarTech ecosystem.
THE SOLUTION
To migrate and modernize the client’s marketing ecosystem by:
Provisioned and configured a new Azure cloud environment designed for enterprise-grade scalability, data protection, and ongoing performance optimization.
Installed and tailored Redpoint Data Management (RPDM) and Redpoint Interaction (RPI) software to enable efficient data integration, campaign management, and user accessibility.
Built a new centralized Customer Data Platform (CDP) data repository to unify marketing, donor, and engagement information into a single, marketing & analytics-ready environment.
Connecting Redpoint with existing data sources as well as a new Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) instance, downstream AWS endpoints and SendGrid for targeted communications.
Performing ongoing managed services to maintain system reliability, optimize Azure and Redpoint performance, support strategic marketing & analytical initiatives, and ensure platform evolves with future needs.
“The modernization work Solvenna delivered has transformed how our marketing and fundraising teams operate. Campaigns run faster, data is more reliable, and we finally have a secure, scalable foundation that supports our mission-driven outreach.”
THE RESULTS
Solvenna provisioned a secure, purpose-built Azure tenant, deployed Redpoint software, and enabled seamless integration between Salesforce NPSP, Redpoint, and SendGrid as well as AWS; powering donor engagement through clean, unified data.
Key Outcomes Include:
- Cloud-first modernization: Transitioned from legacy infrastructure to a cloud-based platform with improved uptime, monitoring, and scalability.
- Data confidence: Established a new marketing database schema with enhanced matching, golden record creation, and standardization processes for more accurate donor records.
