In this inaugural episode of ‘Is The Customer Always Right Podcast‘ we talk to Eric Steele, Vice President, Business Development at Dalkia Energy Solutions where he helps enterprise customers design, finance and implement efficient and renewable energy projects to reduce power consumption across various industries.

Eric had food on the mind during this episode as he tells us about experiences at a local diner and some not so great experiences at Dunkin Donuts. We dive into both topics and then do some independent testing of Dunkin Donuts in our area to determine if it was a local issues or something systemic.
