    Ken Lubin joins us on ‘Is The Customer Always Right?‘ as we talk about a challenging ski season in the Northeast and Ken’s passion German cars manufacturer BMW. Ken is a managing director at global executive search firm ZRG Partners and founder of several podcasts including Executive Athletes, The Ultimate Hire Podcast.

As an avid skier Ken talks about changes to the customer experience at ski resorts in New Hampshire which have recently become part of The Epic Pass brand. Changes in ownership along with all of the COVID challenges resulted in a difficult environment for many ski destinations.
