Todd Midura joins us on ‘Is The Customer Always Right?‘ as we talk about two interactions he had with the same company resulting in two very different experiences – one amazing and one not so amazing.
Todd has spent most of his career in brand management and marketing of some iconic brands like Ritz Crackers and Tic Tacs. He currently serves as Vice President of Marketing at Nutella North America where he oversees the marketing efforts of one of the most beloved hazelnut cocoa spreads out there – a staple in many households. While we could have spent a whole episode talking about the interesting things Nutella is doing these days, we focus right in on two very different experiences Todd had with the same credit card company.
